All custom items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable due to the labor and materials invested in each personalized order.

However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you may qualify for a free replacement or refund.

Customers must contact us within 7 days of receiving their order to report any issues or discuss return eligibility.
